You can always count on Disney for merriment, magic and cookies. This season you’ll find all three in abundance at Epcot during their International Festival of the Holidays now-Dec. 30. You’ll be greeted by wondrous sights, sounds and flavors of the season from around the globe.

Longstanding traditions such as the Candlelight Processional return, along with new reasons to celebrate with Holiday Kitchens and an epic Cookie Nook. The number of kitchens doubles in size this year to a total of 15, each bringing international flavors to life.

An instant success (and our favorite addition) is the Cookie Nook. In their first week they sold an astonishing 10,000 cookies! Sweet treats include snowflake sugar cookies with GLITTER, the softest chocolate peppermint cookies and Christmas tree shaped treats. I’d like to consider myself a cookie snob, and each of these passed the test. Over at the Canada pavilion try the Seared Salmon with Crown Royal Whisky Glaze, which is basically salmon served over a bed of maple syrup (!!)

Take a break from your shopping list and step into an afternoon full of cookies, gargantuan Christmas trees and international fare.

Merry Christmas!
