Three Master Sommeliers and a menu inspired by James Beard award-winning chef Norman Van Aken add up to an extraordinary wine dinner coming to Mount Dora at 1921 by Norman Van Aken.
- Thursday, May 11, from 6-10 p.m., this unprecedented evening brings together George Miliotes, of Wine Bar George (opening this fall at Disney Springs); John Blazon, Vice President of sales at Jackson Family Wines; and Brian Koziol, Food & Beverage Concept and Development director for Disney Parks & Resorts.
- The three Master Sommeliers will match wonderful and intriguing French wines with six Modern Florida cuisine courses that will include Poached White Fish with Calamondin and Florida Citrus, Duck Breast with an Onion Escabeche; and Braised Beef Short Rib with Chanterelle, Truffle Potato Au Gratin & Oxtail Jus.
